Responsibilities: <ul><li> Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. </li><li> Provides cash handling service to casino patrons. </li><li> Pays and verifies jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures. </li><li> Promotes the Players Club card program; understands current card benefits and information and presents program to customers. </li><li> Communicates all customer service issues to key personnel. </li><li>Responsible for assigned casino funds and proper handling of funds exchanges. </li><li> Performs customer booth transactions. </li><li>Assists in training new personnel as needed. </li><li>Monitors work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met and customer requests are addressed and resolved. </li><li> Assists patrons with general questions concerning the casino. </li><li>Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. </li><li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. </li><li>Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. </li><li> Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. </li><li> Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. </li><li> Basic math and cash handling skills required, including the ability to count money and make change. </li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. </li><li> Must have the ability to work any shift or hours as needed.</li></ul>
