Responsibilities: <ul><li>Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.</li><li>Provides cash handling service to casino patrons.</li><li>Pays and verifies jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures.</li><li>Promotes the Players Club card program; understands current card benefits and information and presents program to customers.</li><li>Communicates all customer service issues to key personnel.</li><li>Responsible for assigned casino funds and proper handling of funds exchanges.</li><li>Performs customer booth transactions.</li><li>Assists in training new personnel as needed.</li><li>Monitors work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met and customer requests are addressed and resolved.</li><li>Assists patrons with general questions concerning the casino. - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. </li><li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.</li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. </li><li>Basic math and cash handling skills required, including the ability to count money and make change.</li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Must have the ability to work any shift or hours as needed.</li></ul>
