Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assists in the Coordination of resident care through departmental and appropriate staff committee meetings.</li> <li>Ensures that staffing is adequate to meet State and Federal requirements.</li> <li>Guides nursing department in adherence to all state and federal regulations.</li> <li>Evaluates nursing personnel and effectively recommends disciplinary action according to HCF policy.</li> <li>Completes duties of Infection Control Nurse (PA).</li> <li>Ensures availability of nursing supplies and equipment.</li> <li>Assumes responsibility for maintaining his/her own professional competence.</li> <li>Evaluates overall delivery of resident care.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.</li> <li>Current license as a Registered Nurse with the State Board of Nursing.
