And though our properties may be diverse, one thing is universal: all offer the unparalleled quality, service, and support our residents deserve.</p> <p>We are looking to add a<strong>&nbsp;Contract Recruiter</strong>&nbsp;for the summer to support the recruitment team in Cleveland!</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Overview</strong></span></p> <p>This position assists in all passive and active candidate screening and sourcing activities through the use of the following, but not limited to: networking, referrals, internal database searches, job boards, cold calling, internet mining, and social media outlets. Will work as the primary candidate screening, and source for all positions supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialists, Business, and HRBPs for corporate and property positions.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul><li>Screen candidates for basic qualifications and technical expertise, availability, interest level, salary expectations, and relocation needs.</li><li>Build a robust network of top talent, gain market intelligence and assesses candidates to gauge talent alignment for a specific role or business function. </li><li>Mine and source candidates supporting the TA team while partnering to develop sourcing and recruitment strategies and campaigns. </li><li>Focus on identifying strong diverse talent by designing and executing creative sourcing strategies.</li><li>Take a proactive approach to meet staffing requirements to include: attracting, sourcing and screening applicants using a variety of innovative sourcing techniques while staying abreast of developing market conditions and trends. </li><li>Ensure adherence to the selection process and accuracy of data in applicant tracking system.</li><li>Provide superior customer service including timely feedback to candidates.</li><li>Conduct preliminary phone screens as necessary.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>1 year of required experience in sourcing candidates using a wide variety of sources beyond job boards.</li> <li>1-2 years of required experience in sourcing, recruitment, or HR.</li> <li>1-2 years of preferred experience in sales or third party recruiter experience.</li> <li>Required skills for the position include: using applicant tracking systems (ATS), phone screening and interviewing, internet navigation and data mining for sourcing purposes, general knowledge of employment law and hiring practices, and marketing and communication.</li> <li>This position may requires up to 10% travel.</li> </ul>
