And though our properties may be diverse, one thing is universal: all offer the unparalleled quality, service, and support our residents deserve.</p> <p>If you&rsquo;re ready to be a part of our team, we encourage you to apply.</p> <p>We are searching for a talented&nbsp;<strong>Senior Identity Access Management Specialist</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;to be based out of&nbsp;<strong>Key Tower in Downtown Cleveland!</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Overview:</u></strong></p> <p>Provide coverage for Multifamily Technology customers including engaging cross-functional team members, and at scale, leadership over portfolio-based implementations including acquisitions, divestitures, and development to operations&nbsp;for onboarding and access management. Services include subject matter expertise and liaison with existing shared services (e.g. Identity/Access Management, Azure Active Directory, Okta (for AD Federation Services, MS Endpoint Manager, Office 365, Single Sign On (SSO), and Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and SAML).</p> <p>Manages incident, problem, and request management processes as it relates to&nbsp;Identity and Access Management, application access, and&nbsp;user provisioning. Identifies and implements service improvement opportunities in alignment with department leadership.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manages and enforces enterprise user provisioning process, including policies, procedures, and related technology. Regularly build awareness and manage user expectations as they pertain to application security and user provisioning.&nbsp; Serve as the escalation point for user provisioning questions and issues.</li> <li>Manages the design and implementation of security roles/authorizations and overall application security settings for all applications; serving in a development/delivery capacity as needed. Evaluate and analyze documented business requirements, develop technical specifications, configure/develop appropriate security matrix/solution to meet business needs, conduct unit testing, participate in/coordinates System Integration Testing.&nbsp; Adhere to enterprise policies and procedures related to software delivery.</li> <li>Serve in a support capacity for application provisioning, security roles, authorization objects, and overall security settings for specified applications. Act as next level resource for Application Security Analysts; thoroughly document all work progress and interactions in IT Service Management Tool; appropriately prioritize incidents and problems across the team to meet established SLAs; and effectively analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Application security problems while adhering to the incident, problem, and change management processes. Ensure appropriate escalations are done as needed.</li> <li>Define and implement application IT general computer controls (GCC) and IT application controls for Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance, application security policies, processes, and training. Manage IT Audit requests related to application access and security design; deliver required system evidence in a timely manner.</li> <li>Responsible for the effectiveness of application security and logical access controls and knowledge of audit best practices. Perform periodic application security assessments and user access reviews across applications, considering segregation of duties where possible.</li> <li>Analyze incidents, problems, and requests and identify trends and solutions.&nbsp; Maintain and enhance Security design as opportunities are identified. Act as Subject Matter Expert and/or point of escalation for complex tasks unable to be completed by the Application and security team.</li> <li>Manages the creation of and contributes documents to the Knowledge Base to ensure appropriate training and documentation exists for recurrent issues and general IT need-to-know items.</li> <li>Regularly educate and enforce expectations across technology (specifically including thorough documentation in IT Service Management tool) and serve as the escalation point for Incident/Knowledge/Process/Device questions and issues.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>This position requires an Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience/certifications</li> <ul> <li>Preferred certifications: Cisco CCNA, ITIL or similar, relevant and job-specific technology</li> </ul> <li>5 &ndash; 7 years of required experience:</li> <ul> <li>Azure/AD ID &amp; Role-Based Access Management/Control, Okta MFA, Single Sign On (SSO)</li> <li>Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite (O365, Teams/SharePoint, Outlook)</li> <li>Direct customer support experience (help desk relevant)</li> <li>Incident management (tickets, routing, escalation, communication, documentation, close out, reporting)</li> </ul> <li>Required skills for this position include: analytical thinking, customer partner orientation, IT service function, organizing &amp; planning, tolerance of ambiguity, troubleshooting, issue identification &amp; resolution, interpersonal skill, and system &amp; process orientation</li> <li>This position requires up to 5% travel.</li> </ul>
