Our customer-focused associates set us apart from our competition - managing every aspect of our communities to ensure the highest level of service, value and convenience for residents.</p> <p>We are searching for a talented&nbsp;<strong>Field Trainer</strong>&nbsp;to be based out of&nbsp;<strong>Los Angeles, CA</strong>.&nbsp;</p> <p>The field trainer will become an expert in property field operations ranging from systems, to sales to leadership training. They will be responsible for facilitating training in person (either individually or in front of many) or virtually.</p>
Responsibilities: Training Delivery<ul><li>Performs training administration duties including course scheduling, registration/tracking, preparation of training facilities, and other related tasks to make each course successful. Deliver a wide variety of materials in a wide of a variety of modalities.</li><li>Some example courses could be: <ul><li>Sales and Service </li><li>Coaching </li><li>Property Management Software</li><li>HRIS Software</li></ul></li><li>Conduct training follow up such as participant surveys as necessary.</li><li>Manage all classrooms logistics as necessary.</li></ul>Training Department Administration<ul><li>Support various LMS administration functions as assigned.</li><li>Maintain records of training history as appropriate.</li></ul>New Acquisition and New Build Support<ul><li>Be a key contributor to the project team working on acquisitions and new build opening support. </li><li>Provide necessary logistical, planning, strategic, delivery and administrative support for acquisitions and new builds.</li></ul>Training Development <ul><li>Partner with the Instructional Designer and various stakeholders to develop materials and resources for training. </li><li>Support that maintenance of training materials and associated processes.</li><li>Participates as a project team member in the implementation and execution of department initiatives.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>This position requires an Undergraduate (Bachelor’s) Degree. 5-7 years of experience could offset the education requirements.</li><li>2 years of Live and Web Based Training and General Office Work is required. </li><li>1-3 years of Sales or Administrative and managing at least one employee is preferred.</li><li>Required skills for this position include: public speaking, general computer proficiency, LMS, presentation building/making, HR knowledge, and OnePage or similar CMS.</li><li>This position requires up to 50% travel.<br /></li></ul>
