Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Guides care community according to local, state and federal regulations.</li> <li>Hires, terminates, evaluates and disciplines all personnel according to HCF policy.</li> <li>Reviews monthly financial statements to ensure efficiency.</li> <li>Effectively communicates with residents, families, staff, visitors and vendors.</li> <li>Ensures that care community and surrounding grounds are kept in good repair.</li> <li>Ensures that adequate staffing is maintained according to state and federal regulations.</li> <li>Directs the QA process.</li> <li>Tour the building, including all halls and support departments, a minimum of three times per day.</li> <li>Maintains professional competence and keeps abreast of changes in the assisted living profession.</li> <li>Delegates administrative authority, responsibility and accountability to other personnel as deemed necessary to ensure performance of all assigned staff positions.</li> <li>Assists in developing outside customer relations while building care community census.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must hold a four-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited college of university or possess relevant industry experience.
