Responsibilities: <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <p>You are a developer with expertise on the iOS platform. You have a portfolio of links to apps you have developed. Requirements: <p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The experience. You have 2+ years experience of Software or App development, or similar. You use reliable code and can build release branches. You can explain why you made certain choices and how you would improve the functionality using newer technology. You have experience with build processes, an understanding of continuous integration, source control systems, and the mobile development lifecycle including design, development and publishing to The App Store.</li> <li>The knowledge. You develop in Swift and have some exposure to Objective-C. You are familiar with Apple Frameworks, have an understanding of MVC and MVVM design patterns and use CocoaPods to manage dependencies. You know what CI/CD stands for and have used FastLane to improve your release process.</li> <li>The education. A Computer Science, Engineering degree or equivalent is preferred, but we know not everyone gains their app development skills this way.</li> <li>The desire to learn. You are continuously researching and keeping up to date, have the ability to quickly pick up new technologies and respond to change by learning and adapting.</li> <li>The communication skills. You know how to listen and relay empathy and understanding for diverse perspectives.</li> <li>The confidence and the humility. Your powers of observation help you understand your audience and communicate with the right level of detail. You are open to the ideas of others.</li> <li>The flexibility. You can adapt quickly, innovate solutions and embrace the new while accepting the ambiguous.</li> <li>The Agile experience. You believe in the Agile methodology, but you are open to the real world twists and turns.</li> <li>The extra knowledge.
