We need someone who can act as a coach, a guide, a translator, a remover-of-obstacles, a facilitator-of-discussions and a mentor. Requirements: <p><strong>What you bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>The education. A University degree is preferred, but we know not everyone gains their skills this way.</li> <li>The Agile experience. You believe in the Agile methodology deeply but you are flexible and open to the real-world twists and turns. Your focus is on the best intentions for the team.</li> <li>The technical experience. You have 3 years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Lead. Ideally, you have experience: <ul> <li>working in a digital production environment</li> <li>facilitating the delivery of online interactive products</li> <li>working with digital platforms</li> <li>with an iterative delivery of value: releasing early and often to ensure that business value is realized quickly</li> </ul> </li> <li>The desire to learn. You are an avid student, seeking out best practices - and a way to apply them to real-world scenarios.</li> <li>The communication skills. You know how to listen and relay empathy and understanding for diverse perspectives.</li> <li>The confidence and the humility. Your powers of observation help you understand your team and what they need from you to collaborate and create.</li> <li>The innovation.
