Responsibilities: <p><strong>How you will make a difference, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate campaigns. You will work closely with a dedicated sales person as well as the client. You will implement and monitor campaigns, ensuring campaign maintenance and optimization by collaborating with clients, ad operations, technical teams, editorial, creative, marketing and sales.</li> <li>Project management. You will be responsible for overseeing special projects and events. From the thought process to launch you will work closely with the Manager of Ad Operations to ensure all IAB Ad policies and CBC Ad Requirements are fully integrated into every project.</li> <li>Book, schedule and launch all online ad campaigns. You will use online ad management systems including Dart For Publisher (DFP) and Dart Sales Manager (DSM) to: <ul> <li>Register agencies and advertisers.</li> <li>Set up required filters.</li> <li>Book paid and house campaigns.</li> <li>Test and load creative to CBC.ca network ensuring everything is functioning correctly.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Provide exceptional customer service. You will differentiate our ad operations by handling the client according to our &ldquo;white glove&rdquo; service standards. This includes exceeding SLAs; responding quickly to inquiries; exhibiting a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li> </ul>

You have a degree in e-Commerce, Business Intelligence or Marketing.</li> <li>The expertise. You have 3 years of experience in the online ad industry, media, sales or marketing. You have 3 years of hands-on experience with the ad management system DoubleClick and working knowledge of the sales management system DSM (Dart Sales Manager) or knowledge of the new DFP Sales Management system is preferred.</li> <li>The technical skills. You have: <ul> <li>Experience with Google Publisher Tags, VAST, and VPAID video technology.</li> <li>Knowledge of the programmatic space and RTB.</li> <li>An outstanding working knowledge of the Internet, web and online media.</li> <li>Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and Flash. MS Office and Browser applications (IE, Mozilla, Safari, Chrome etc.).</li> <li>Up-to-date knowledge of all mobile technology (Platforms, Devices, Operating Systems).</li> <li>Up-to-date knowledge of Canadian IAB standards in relation to online advertising.</li> <li>Experience working with a Data Management Platform (DMP) an asset.</li> </ul> </li> <li>The analytical skills. You are a strategic thinker, curious by nature and can respond quickly to critical circumstances. You have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. You can balance multiple projects simultaneously and execute decisions independently.</li> <li>The relationship building finesse. You can nurture strong two-way relationships with clients, peers, partners, and external technological vendors. You thrive in a collaborative environment.</li> <li>The communication skills. You are skilled at presenting ideas to clients, sales and management.
