In this role, you will be working closely with all stakeholders to understand the needs of the business, while collaborating with your HR colleagues and peers to identify and attract great talent and ultimately deliver the best client and candidate experience.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is an exceptional opportunity for a resourceful and experienced recruiter who enjoys a challenge, likes diversity in their work, and has the ability to strategically source talent at all levels. This role will be primarily home based in the Montreal area and will require travel to clinics across Quebec in the future, when it is safe to do so, post COVID era.</p> <p><strong>What makes this Talent Acquisition role different from others?</strong></p> <p>We&rsquo;re not looking for an order taker. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who can act as a true Talent Advisor to our Hiring Managers and HR counterparts. In this role you will be responsible for sitting in on interviews helping coaching managers on probing and identifying candidates who are the right fit for our company. You will advise on sourcing strategies, market trends and intelligence, employer branding and social media strategies.&nbsp;</p> <p>You will own the relationship and overall recruiting strategy and execution across the province building critical relationships with the Executive team, Clinical Leaders and Hiring Managers. You will develop a deep understanding of our interdisciplinary care and business model and help drive talent acquisition programs and processes that meet our short and long business objectives.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>How you will make a difference</strong></p> <ul> <li>You will collaborate with the business and HR/TA leaders to develop regional recruitment strategies and ensure flawless (well, as close to it as we can get, we know recruitment is not flawless!) execution with the support of all stakeholders&nbsp;</li> <li>You will deliver full life cycle recruiting for roles including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, kinesiologists, psychologists, administrators and other professionals as needed - it&rsquo;s a roll up your sleeves type of role</li> <li>As the go-to regional expert, you will develop strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders driving engagement - the key to great hiring success! You will equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to support the hiring process</li> <li>You will provide an advisory approach to talent acquisition. You will ensure the entire process delivers a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates through effective coaching, planning, communication and delivery of outcomes</li> <li>You will spend a lot of your time proactively sourcing talent by leveraging social media and other online networks to identify and attract qualified candidates that are the right fit</li> <li>You will try new things to build a pipeline of talent - you will identify hard-to-fill roles and develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract new talent failing fast and leveraging what works!</li> <li>You will provide hiring managers with regular weekly status updates on hiring progress and adjust the strategy as required - we need more data!</li> <li>You will plan and lead all campus recruitment efforts in the region</li> <li>You will be a brand ambassador and promote CBI as an employer of choice online and all appropriate forums/events</li> <li>You will manage one direct report - Recruitment Coordinator</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>What you will bring to the role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Passion for modern talent acquisition strategies especially healthcare recruitment</li> <li>Ability to build engaging relationships with your internal managers</li> <li>Some healthcare recruitment would be helpful</li> <li>A university degree is preferred</li> <li>5+ years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment</li> <li>Fluently bilingual in French - written and spoken</li> <li>Proven organization, communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Strong project and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities</li> <li>Tech savvy</li> </ul> <p><strong>What&rsquo;s in it for you?</strong></p> <p><strong>Impact and influence. </strong>Finding quality talent in a timely manner is critical to providing Canadians the care they need to live the best version of their lives.
