Responsibilities: <p><strong>WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL BE DOING</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be the go-to recognized expert on&nbsp;FMSCA and&nbsp;DOT requirements and standards related to commercial truck driving.<br /><br /></li> <li>Build training programs and prepare teaching plans that present information with a variety of instructional techniques and formats.<br /><br /></li> <li>Look for business development opportunities, including ways we can build partnerships with local companies.<br /><br /></li> <li>Recommend process improvements that will take our program to the next level while increasing productivity and efficiency.<br /><br /></li> <li>Identify and create ways to monitor and evaluate training successes, key performance indicators, and methods for continuous development and education.<br /><br /></li> <li>Truly own the success of our students throughout their program by providing them with ongoing training and support.<br /><br /></li> <li>Stay up to date on current regulations and how they impact our students and the school.<br /><br /></li> <li>Explore and apply new and fresh techniques to keep the training experience engaging and meaningful.</li> </ul>
