Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.</li> <li>Leading administrative support for the maintenance department, ensuring streamlined and efficient processes.</li> <li>Executing data entry tasks with accuracy.</li> <li>Identifying, analyzing, and rectifying data discrepancies.</li> <li>Collaborating with the team to provide relevant information and resources&nbsp;enabling them to excel in their primary functions.</li> <li>Collaborating with parts and warehouse team, CEDA Fleet, and 3rd party billing services.</li> <li>Utilizing problem-solving skills to address challenges.</li> <li>Actively participating in Ceda&rsquo;s safety &amp; training program.</li> <li>Generating reports on maintenance performance, equipment reliability, and cost.</li> <li>Communicate directly with operations and maintenance teams to schedule repairs &amp; preventive maintenance.</li> <li>Providing a wide variety of administrative support to maintenance team.</li> <li>Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and participate in meetings.</li> </ul>
