Responsibilities: <ul> <li>You are well-organized and the go-to person to maintain and coordinate all CEDA vehicle GPS devices, fuel cards, vehicle maintenance, database updates and more!</li> <li>Oversees the administration of all fleet related contracts.</li> <li>With a high sense of awareness, reporting on risks and opportunities linked to the fleet vehicles with assigned business units.</li> <li>Safety is our main priority, and ensuring company policies are met is a top priority.</li> <li>Maintaining and managing all vehicle rental requests and all asset disposals.</li> <li>Supply reporting to various CEDA business groups.</li> <li>Support and learn other areas of the business.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Post-Secondary Administration education or equivalent experience.</li> <li>2-3 years of industry related experience.</li> <li>Strong computer skills &ndash; experience with Microsoft Suite of products in addition to the ability to learn new systems quickly.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>&nbsp;Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Your attention to detail is strong! When something is off, you&rsquo;re proactive in getting it fixed.</li> <li>You&rsquo;re happiest working in a team and representing CEDA and have the ability to work independently.</li> <li>Strong organization, prioritization, and&nbsp;<strong>problem-solving</strong>&nbsp;skills.</li> <li>Demonstrates a high commitment level to their work and meeting deadlines.</li> </ul>
