The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range. Individual pay is determined by different factors, including work experience, geographic location, job-related skills, education level, position specific technical certifications, and additional trainings completed. All Cenero health and wellness benefits will begin on Day 1 of employment.&nbsp;</p> </div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develop new business in the Washington DC Metro area while applying full-cycle methodologies and tools including, identification, qualification, positioning, competitive analysis and closing timelines.</li> <li>Must reside in Virgina, Maryland, or Washington DC area.</li> <li>Manage and grow existing accounts using exceptional sales and relationship building skills.</li> <li>Ability to dig deep and uncover the goals of an organization and fully explain how our client might be able to help them achieve those goals.</li> <li>Develop and maintain key affiliate network/relationships.</li> <li>Create statements of work and proposals.</li> <li>Responsible for the development, execution, and delivery of quality solution-focused client presentations at a &ldquo;C&rdquo; level.</li> <li>Involvement in relevant community, trade and professional organizations.</li> <li>Maintain a positive work attitude, strong work ethic, and embrace a team-centric environment.</li> <li>Handle all customer relations as they relate to new business, &lsquo;crisis control&rsquo;, and marketing.</li> <li>Assist in developing better internal SOW, work order, and processes.</li> <li>Accumulate customer testimonials and referrals.</li> <li>Recommend pricing updates and strategies for the organization that will result in the greatest return for increased market share.</li> <li>Manage CRM activities, opportunities, etc.</li> <li>Utilize industry resources and new to keep abreast of new technology, trends, etc.</li> <li>Other responsibilities as necessary or assigned.</li> </ul>
