Overview: The Associate Field Representative &amp; Trainer will be working with providers and networks using their knowledge of Medicaid rules and regulations and will be responsible for delivering workshops in person and through webinars.&nbsp;<strong><em>This position is in Wyoming.</em></strong>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Conduct provider education to promote provider claims correction on their first response rather than stopping after each error and requiring the provider to resubmit multiple times for each claim.</li> <li>Work with provider networks through your knowledge of Medicaid rules and regulations.</li> <li>Support Medicaid providers, assisting them with a resolution of billing issues, policy questions, and other issues relevant to the program.</li> <li>Work with other team members and stakeholders to identify, document, track and ensure resolution of provider questions and issues from initial request to final resolution.</li> <li>Identify areas for improvement and make formal recommendations for Provider communication and/or training to improve providers&rsquo; Medicaid experience.</li> <li>Deliver in-person training to providers across rural Wyoming using in-person, instructor-led training seminars, and on-site provider visits.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Wyoming Office of Rural Health to make sure they meet rural providers&rsquo; unique needs.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>You have a High School Diploma or equivalent.</li> <li>You have prior experience working in the healthcare industry such as working with provider networks, insurance, or healthcare rules and regulations.</li> <li>You are comfortable with public speaking, training, and presenting in front of an audience.</li> <li>You have the required public speaking, training, and presenting experience.</li> <li>You are computer literate using standard tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Outlook) and inquiry through web portal applications.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong><em>About Us:</em></strong></p> <p>At CNSI, we strive to be the market leader and most trusted partner for innovative and transformative technology-enabled solutions that improve health outcomes and reduce costs.
