Full-Time

Overview: Will lead and manage training program activities, including planning and supporting training coordination with Learning and Development. Create and monitor training Business Analysis KPIs and conduct reporting to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Support the development of training materials and execution plans, including personalized group training.</li> <li>Coach SMEs on learning topics, through team/personalize training sessions.</li> <li>Provide domain expertise in the business analysis field, emerging trends, and industry practice.</li> <li>Identify areas for process improvement to improve quality and optimize cost.</li> <li>Be proficient in use cases, workflow diagrams, and gap analysis to create and modify requirements documents and design specifications.</li> <li>Develop and modify documentation related to complex projects and information systems as an expert in the field.</li> <li>Develop multi-program business analysis strategies and communicate expert knowledge to customers and industry experts.</li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional principals, specialists, and senior management to improve business analysis quality across the enterprise.</li> </ul>
Requirements: What&rsquo;s Your Background?<br /> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with 8+ years of business analysis or related experience.</li> <li>Minimum 3+ years of business analysis leadership experience at large complex organizations, including leading centralized or matrixes teams.</li> <li>Experience facilitating and running JAD requirements design sessions, etc.</li> <li>Experience with synchronized and synchronized training platforms.</li> <li>Business Analysis Process (SDLC, documentation procedures) experience.</li> <li>High-level technical and database knowledge.</li> <li>Domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or healthcare verticals, including MMIS would be a plus!</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong><em>About Us:</em></strong></p> <p>At CNSI, we strive to be the market leader and most trusted partner for innovative and transformative technology-enabled solutions that improve health outcomes and reduce costs.
