Overview: <p>The role of the Program Management Director is to provide managerial oversight and leadership across the people, budgets, administrative tasks, and processes across multiple projects concurrently. The Program Management Director works with the customers, functional and matrix managers, and staff to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, consistent with defined CNSI guidelines and processes and with client expectations. This role is a member of the Program/Project Management team and reports directly to Program Delivery Leadership.</p> <p><em><strong>Position is based in Atlanta, GA.&nbsp; Role will work a hybrid (work from home)/in-office schedule.</strong></em></p> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -126px; top: 26px;">&nbsp;</div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Direct, manage, plan, and develop methods and procedures for implementing a program and multiple software products concurrently.</li> <li>Oversee multiple projects and regularly exercise independent judgment and a high level of analytical skill in solving complex and unusual technical, administrative, and managerial problems.</li> <li>Maintain relationships with multiple clients.</li> <li>Direct and coordinate program activities and exercise control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of a program.</li> <li>Confer with Project Managers and staff to explain program and individual responsibilities for functions and phases of a program.</li> <li>Provide program management for team sizes that are typically more than 200 employees concurrently.</li> <li>Provide program management on projects with annual total contract value more than $150M and complexity (hours) more than 700,000 hours.</li> <li>Manage program risk, including pre-project preparations and day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects ensuring project requirements, deliverables and timelines are adhered to. Execute project close activities accurately and on-time.</li> <li>Determine estimated time and financial commitment of project, and monitors progress for multiple projects concurrently.</li> <li>Partner with customers and analyze issues and problems from the customer perspective.</li> <li>Develop detailed status reports for both project management team and customer across multiple software products.</li> <li>Possess an unwavering commitment to customer service and operational excellence.</li> <li>Lead transformation and change management initiatives pertaining to the Program/Project Management team and CNSI&rsquo;s overall business strategy objectives, working closely with senior management.</li> <li>Oversee, implement, maintain and report Earned Value (EV) metrics into project plans for multiple software products.</li> <li>Oversee, implement, maintain and report CNSI program delivery metrics into project plans for multiple software products.</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -508px; top: 26px;">&nbsp;</div>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Experience in the government or commercial healthcare industry.</li> <li>15 years relevant experience in project planning and delivery.</li> <li>10 years&rsquo; experience in managerial role.</li> <li>Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare verticals.</li> <li>Proven track record with Microsoft Project, SharePoint applications, MS Teams, Skype and&nbsp;knowledge of MS Project EV Metrics.</li> <li>Able to meet and enforce deadlines, to conduct research into technology issues and products, and to take initiative in the development and completion of projects.</li> <li>Self-motivated, with the ability to balance multiple projects under minimal to no supervision.</li> <li>Demonstrated successful people management and presentation skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>About Us:</em></strong></p> <p>At CNSI, we strive to be the market leader and most trusted partner for innovative and transformative technology-enabled solutions that improve health outcomes and reduce costs.
