Overview: <p>CNSI is looking for its next passionate, highly skilled, self-motivated, experienced&nbsp;<strong>Medicaid Solutions Architect, Specialist&nbsp;</strong>to join our Government Health and Human Services team. You will be responsible for architecting, developing and solutioning large complex MMIS deals within the government healthcare market. Remote Flexibility (Central or Eastern Time zones preferred).</p> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -343px; top: -20px;">&nbsp;</div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Functions as an&nbsp;<em>individual contributor</em>&nbsp;to provide expert Medicaid fiscal agent business operations leadership and direction to the Business Development, Operations and Technology teams across CNSI</li> <li>Possesses recognized expertise in the Medicaid fiscal agent services business operations field, including emerging trends and industry practices</li> <li>Ensures that the Medicaid Fiscal Agent business operations team identifies risks and issues, escalates them to senior management, and assists in developing mitigation strategies</li> <li>Develops business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for Medicaid Fiscal Agent Services operations spending and initiatives, providing support to the budget process as needed</li> <li>Partners with customers and internal/external stakeholders to develop long-term strategies and solutions</li> <li>Manage the technical development and content for Requests for Proposal (RFP), evaluates solutions, defines governance, and supports technology delivery management process</li> <li>Define customizations to standard products and solutions to meet specific client requirements</li> <li>Develops project scoping planning and basis of estimates for CNSI engagements</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -74px; top: 26px;">&nbsp;</div>
