Overview: <p><strong>CNSI is currently looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Senior Developer to join our growing team!&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>As an Oracle E-Business Suite Senior Developer, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, and testing of Oracle E-Business Suite for large MMIS (Medicaid Management Information System) systems with no supervision. The scope of work includes both new system implementation as well as operations and maintenance of existing systems. You will be a member of the Managed Services - COTS team and will report directly to the COTS Services Manager.</p> <p><em>*Position is remote, but Lansing, Michigan or Rockville, Maryland located candidates preferred.</em></p> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -207px; top: 26px;">&nbsp;</div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Under no supervision, works with clearly defined guidelines to support system design, develop and implement components of the Oracle E-Business Suite and maintain or modify Oracle Financial Applications as required.</li> <li>Develop and implement Oracle EBS R12 Interfaces, extensions, modifications, localization, and integrations using PL/SQL, Forms 10g, Reports 10g, Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher and the overall Oracle Applications Framework (OAF)</li> <li>Perform Functional Setups of Oracle E-Business Suite Applications and work on Oracle Financials modules (AP, AR and GL)</li> <li>Develop program units in R12 as per Oracle Application custom standards</li> <li>Works collaboratively with Development team and Business Analysis team to understand system design and function</li> <li>Develops code per the system design and coding standards under minimal supervision and performs unit testing</li> <li>Analyzes code to review errors and participates in review sessions</li> <li>Works on Proof of Concepts and new initiatives</li> <li>Support System Integration testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Performance testing of the Oracle Financial Applications</li> <li>Create and maintain artifacts as needed by the project</li> <li>Update Lead/Manager of all Oracle Financial Applications related activities, issues, and risks</li> <li>Work with offshore team to complete development activities</li> <li>Effectively communicate technical impact, root cause, and corrective actions to team leads and management</li> <li>Perform gap analysis and impact of system software changes</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>You have a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with 7-11 years of work experience as related to the job responsibilities listed above</li> <li>You have a minimum of 4 years of experience working with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL</li> <li>Experience in EBS custom development methodologies, processes, tools, and techniques</li> <li>Experience in Oracle R12 technical architecture and Financials modules</li> <li>Experience in setting up Alerts, performing OAF &amp; forming personalization</li> <li>Knowledge of Oracle Standard APIs and Open Interfaces</li> <li>Experience in developing Interfaces, Customizations, Conversions, Extensions, Forms 10g, Reports 10g, Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and Oracle Applications Framework (OAF)</li> <li>Knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues with standard or custom programs</li> <li>Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC)</li> <li>Ability to work well in teams</li> <li>Highly organized with strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Adaptable to project and task changes, ability to multitask</li> <li>Ability to work within project plans and meet deadlines</li> <li>Demonstrates analytical skills and thinking</li> <li>If you have experience with the Healthcare domain, it would be &ldquo;a plus&rdquo;</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>About Us:</em></strong></p> <p>At CNSI, we strive to be the market leader and most trusted partner for innovative and transformative technology-enabled solutions that improve health outcomes and reduce costs.
