CNSI supports high-volume healthcare systems and is fast becoming a market leader in the public sector healthcare space &ndash; we are aggressively hiring technology and functional resources to support our exponential growth.</strong></p> <p>As a Documentation Quality Assurance Engineer (Mid-Level), you will leverage your strong expertise in quality assurance to perform analysis and review of complex documentation deliverables, and ensure alignment to standards. This role is a member of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).</p>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Functions as an individual contributor or partnering within a team of seasoned personnel to perform analysis and review of complex deliverables, and provide guidance across the EPMO and technology teams</li> <li>Works with authors, project team members, and project managers concerning specific deliverable reviews, and recommends improvements</li> <li>Works closely with subject matter experts (SME) such as software developers, test engineers, and other cross-functional experts</li> <li>Assists with content development and copy editing of deliverables without altering the meaning of the content</li> <li>Ensures that deliverables are submitted to customers based on standards, requirements, and expectations</li> <li>Supports and guides associate-level Quality Assurance Engineers as needed.</li> <li>Works with leadership to identify areas needed for improvement, and ensures alignment with CNSI's strategic business objectives</li> <li>Leverages expertise to drive improvements in deliverable standards design</li> <li>Develops and conducts training in deliverable quality review techniques</li> <li>Creates and presents analysis reports for deliverable authors and project leadership</li> <li>Works with Quality Assurance Manager to develop regular updates on quality metrics</li> <li>Monitors performance and drives improvements</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <ul> <li>Required: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree with 4+ years of documentation quality experience</li> <li>Preferred Majors: English, Technical Writing, Communication, or related field</li> <li>2+ years of experience in deliverable-related QA</li> <li>Must be able to pass the CNSI Technical Writing Assessment</li> <li>Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC)</li> <li>Experience in the healthcare industry</li> <li>Strong background in information technology</li> <li>Background in process improvement</li> <li><strong>CNSI's Internal Technical/Writing Skill Assessments will be required</strong></li> </ul>
