Overview: <p>The role of the System Analyst is to assist in providing technical and operational support to projects and programs. This role involves working under direct supervision to provide support to troubleshoot, solve, and escalate system issues. This role is a member of the Managed Services team and reports directly to the System Analyst, Manager.&nbsp;</p> <p>CNSI supports a high-volume healthcare data system that is accessed through multiple web portals. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Functions as an individual contributor and works under direct supervision to assist with the analysis of software requirements</li> <li>Assists in interpreting software requirements and design specifications to code</li> <li>Contributes to problem-solving and/or designs and implement new software applications or programs; coordinate and plan all the tasks required for implementation, operations, and maintenance</li> <li>Develops detailed coding-level flowcharts, action diagrams, pseudo codes, and associated documents from high-level flowcharts</li> <li>Participates in the testing of computer programs, revising and refining all necessary documentation as testing is completed</li> <li>Performs out-of-the-box thinking, collaborate with others, and make a difference every day</li> <li>Monitor system errors, diagnoses, and corrects errors</li> <li>Triage production tickets and troubleshoots issues as needed</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -429px; top: -20px;">&nbsp;</div>
