Overview: <p>The Project Scheduler will analyze and jointly develop release and patching plans with colleagues and customers. This role will moderate and manage the planned tasks to timely completion, escalating issues promptly and clearly across the healthcare system suite of applications. The Operations teams operate and maintain large-scale healthcare systems for our state customers - enabling proper adjudication and payment of billions of dollars in Medicaid, and other payments annually.</p> <p>**Working remotely within the United States is acceptable for this position.</p> <p>***In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification at the time of hire or transfer.&nbsp;CNSI will not sponsor new employment visa petitions.</p> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -46px; top: 26px;">&nbsp;</div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <p>Maintain the overall release, upgrade, and patching schedules, under moderate supervision</p> </li> <li> <p>Attend and lead key project status meetings internally and with customers.</p> </li> <li> <p>Create, monitor, and escalate issues in tasks tracked in the ticketing systems &ndash; both customer-facing and internal to foster on-time performance.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) reporting and contribute to monthly project status dashboards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead and moderate planned activities (releases, patching, upgrades, cutovers) as the pacesetter and escalation point of contact.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate with teammates globally to ensure identified activities are completed on time.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain alignment with, and collaborate in the improvement of, company processes and procedures regarding project reporting and planning.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coach other project team members on processes.</p> </li> <li> <p>Keep the manager apprised of all activities, issues, and risks.</p> </li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -174px; top: 26px;">&nbsp;</div>
Requirements: <ul> <li> <p>3+ years of relevant work experience Software Release Coordination</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Project.</p> </li> <li> <p>Understand the software development life cycle (SDLC) as well as system support and maintenance processes, evidenced by awareness of all the teams required to complete the SDLC.</p> </li> <li> <p>Have experience maintaining and using SharePoint applications, Microsoft Teams, Jira (Software and Service Desk).</p> </li> <li></li> </ul> <strong>Preferred Skills:</strong><br /> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree &ldquo;a plus&rdquo;.</p> </li> <li> <p>Having experience in Medicaid is &ldquo;a plus&rdquo;.</p> </li> <li> <p>If you have experience supporting system operations where Service Level Agreements and standard operating procedures and ITIL processes are in place, it would be &ldquo;a plus&rdquo;.</p> </li> <li> <p>If you have a PMI or ITIL certification, it would be &ldquo;a plus&rdquo;.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong><em>About Us:</em></strong></p> <p>At CNSI, we strive to be the market leader and most trusted partner for innovative and transformative technology-enabled solutions that improve health outcomes and reduce costs.
