Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assist the conversion team&nbsp;in all aspects of data migration as a Data Conversion Developer&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in preparation of data conversion requirements /&nbsp;Data migration&nbsp;plan,&nbsp;data design, facilitate development, testing, and execution&nbsp;</li> <li>Attend meetings and discussions with functional/technical leads and develop the conversion blueprint(s)&nbsp;</li> <li>Support the data conversion team in data analysis&nbsp;leveraging&nbsp;legacy data sets and&nbsp;provide&nbsp;the results of the analysis to the client / internal teams</li> <li>Accelerate legacy data corrections and/or formalization of business rules for effective data migration&nbsp;</li> <li>Participate as an integrator and&nbsp;facilitate&nbsp;discussions between the client and the &ldquo;core&rdquo; data conversion / application / backend / database administration teams&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist conversion / migration team to perform thorough unit testing of conversion artifacts and ensure smooth transition to system test, user acceptance test,&nbsp;and implementation</li> <li>Participate in technical / functional reviews and ensure the conversion artifacts&nbsp;comply with&nbsp;CNSI&rsquo;s data conversion standards and practices&nbsp;</li> <li>Guide development staff with industry standards and best practices and provide advanced technical guidance and mentoring to development teams</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -203px; top: 26px;">&nbsp;</div>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience; preferred majors: Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field&nbsp;</li> <li>5+ years of hands-on experience performing data migrations of mainframe and relational data, including&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;and analyzing source data, transforming source data into the required format, loading the transformed data into the target&nbsp;system,&nbsp;and&nbsp;validating&nbsp;all source data is tracked and transformed&nbsp;</li> <li>4+ years hands on experience with DataStage as a tool for data migrations&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven experience with Oracle as a RDBMS&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong conversion development and cut over experience across all stages of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC)&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience working closely with other developers to integrate their application &amp; databases with converted data&nbsp;</li> <li>2+ years hands on experience with IBM Infosphere administration</li> <li>Knowledge of logical and physical Data Modeling using normalizing Techniques</li> <li>Domain knowledge of Medicare/healthcare verticals&nbsp;and&nbsp;MMIS experience in Medicaid &ndash; Provider&nbsp;and Claims&nbsp;module is a &ldquo;big plus&rdquo;</li> <li>Strong working experience and knowledge of defect and document management tools such as JIRA and Confluence &nbsp;</li> <li>Good understanding of configuring application code on cloud infrastructure such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>A</strong><strong>bout Us:</strong></p> <p>At CNSI, we strive to be the market leader and most trusted partner for innovative and transformative technology-enabled solutions that improve health outcomes and reduce costs.
