Overview: Should have practical knowledge and hands-on in rolling out -Jira, Jira Service Desk &amp; Confluence administration Integrating Jira with various applications.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Create and configure new JIRA &amp; JSD projects and maintain existing JIRA projects</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication&nbsp;</li> <li>Should have excellent interpersonal skills and build strong teamwork relationships.</li> <li>Ability to listen to the needs of clients, communicate clearly, and determine ideal configurations for a new development teams and projects.</li> <li>Maintain system stability and performance working closing with hosting provider. Plan, prepare and execute on upgrades.</li> <li>Work with teams to structure their Confluence spaces in a manner that are organized according to their business structure and permissions requirements.</li> <li>Integrate Atlassian tools each other and other external services and tools</li> <li>Document standards and implement best practice</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>10 years or more of relevant experience in Atlassian software - Jira, Confluence &amp; Service Desk.</li> <li>Java/XML development and scripting skills&nbsp;</li> <li>JIRA/Confluence Developer Roles and Responsibilities</li> <li>Work with product/project teams to understand their processes and configure tools to suit their processes.</li> <li>Expertise in Jira, JSD &amp; Confluence administration with at least 7 years of working experience</li> <li>Experience building custom workflows, configuring custom post-functions and conditions into workflow</li> <li>Building various Dashboards for projects &amp; senior management</li> <li>Experience modifying and building custom Permission Schemes, Notification Schemes, Screen Schemes, Custom Fields, and Field Configurations.</li> <li>Experience in migration of data from external applications to Jira &amp; JSD.</li> <li>Ability to identify WIP limits</li> <li>Experience using Jira to automate metric collection at the project level.</li> </ul>
