Overview: The brand visualization role is responsible for bringing CNSI's employer brand vision to life visually. This person works closely with various leadership members in executing assigned projects with high-quality output across multiple formats and channels.<br />
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Design and develop a robust employer branding plan from conception to implementation</li> <li>Drive the Employee Value Proposition and talent attraction strategy externally and internally</li> <li>Identify and recommend progressive tools and strategies for building the employer brand</li> <li>Create an engaging and innovative design library adhering to company branding guidelines and image</li> <li>Create aesthetic &amp; effective visual design assets to work synergistically with content for multiple strategic channels.</li> <li>Passion for designing communication concepts and unique intuitive experiences across platforms (blogs, podcasts, video streams).</li> <li>Responsible to promote one of the company's strategic dimensions: employer of choice</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><u><strong>Who you are:</strong></u></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required, preferably in marketing &amp; communications (media arts, advertising, public relations, or related field); Master&rsquo;s degree / MBA preferred OR Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design, communication design.</li> <li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in Branding or Employer branding/Recruitment Marketing, preferably in the technology industry.</li> <li>Strong research skills, with excellent understanding and proven track record in marketing and communications, including digital marketing and the ability to apply that in Talent Branding.</li> <li>Experience in social media and communications, consistent and robust writing skills in crafting compelling, targeted marketing messaging (copywriting for social media posts, blogs, articles, etc.)</li> <li>Proven previous experience in creating graphics/animations/videos for different platforms including but not limited to social media.</li> <li>Working knowledge of creating animations and video editing preferred.</li> <li>A collaborative spirit and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Excellent time-management and organizational skills.</li> <li>An eye for detail, a positive attitude, and creativity.</li> <li>Excellent command over written and spoken English.</li> </ul>
