Overview: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.<br />
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>As HRBP it is required to build variety of relationships with multiple stakeholders -business leaders, people managers and the employees</li> <li>Provides day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation</li> <li>Provide coaching/guidance on career pathing and leveling, change management and people situations.</li> <li>Approach people matters with an eye toward compliance and reducing risks</li> <li>Help apply HR policies and manage employee relations issues.</li> <li>Drive performance management including manager feedback, consistent check-ins, and annual reviews along with salary planning, promotions and talent calibration</li> <li>Coordinate between employees and management to improve work relations, build morale, increase productivity, which will all, in turn, encourage retention</li> <li>Drive employee Rewards and Recognition</li> <li>Partner with Compensation team to provide subject matter expertise for Compensation and Benefits policy and Recognition &amp; Reward Programs.</li> <li>Serve as an SME and advisor to business as needed in all aspects of compensation design planning and administration processes and counselling on customization of programs at a local level.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><u><strong>Who you are:</strong></u></p> <ul> <li>MBA in Human Resources or equivalent with 7-9 years of relevant experience</li> <li>Diversified knowledge of HR processes and programs such as organization development, organizational change, policies, processes, performance management, employee relations, compensation &amp; rewards</li> <li>Excellent analytical ability with strong forecasting skills</li> <li>Excellent presentation and people skills, with the ability to establish and maintain working relationships across all levels in a multi-cultural environment</li> <li>Should have high learnability, and ability to manage change</li> <li>Demonstrating Ownership &amp; Accountability</li> <li>Ability to Plan &amp; Prioritize</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> <li>Stakeholder management &amp; a demonstrated ability to influence</li> <li>Business Acumen - An ability to understand the business metrics / key drivers to drive appropriate decisions/actions that lead to business results</li> <li>An ability to think outside the box and creative thinking</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel, Word &amp; PowerPoint)</li> </ul>
