Responsibilities: <ul class="ignore-global-css"> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Analyze current compensation programs, policies, and practices; assess for effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Assist with job evaluations/re-evaluations for new and existing positions, complete market and FLSA analysis, and communicate results to stakeholders</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Provide technical input to compensation communications and assist in communicating new and/or revised programs and initiatives</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Perform a deep analysis on the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model the potential impact of alternatives</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Participate in compensation and rewards surveys; analyze results and make recommendations on salary structure, job grades, and compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Ensure the HRIS system&rsquo;s accuracy, including entering and maintaining job codes, salary structures, and location modifiers</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Prepare statistics, create reports, identify trends, and prepare a summary of analysis for management regarding compensation data</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Partner with Talent Acquisition to provide job descriptions and compensation recommendations in alignment with business needs and ensure internal equity</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Provide expertise for creating and communicating effective career pathing including job skills and competencies</span></li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul class="ignore-global-css"> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Management, Accounting &amp; Finance, or a related field</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">5+ years of in-depth knowledge of compensation programs (Incentive, Base &amp; Bonus structures). FLSA guidance and compensation impact. Job analysis and Organizational design support.
