Reporting to the Marketing Programs Manager and working closely with the retail strategy director on Connection's Industry Strategy Group (ISG), the Industry Marketing Manager develops and executes programs and campaigns focused on sales readiness, demand generation, market awareness and thought leadership in partnership with ISG. The Industry Marketing Manager - Retail focuses on the retail industry.</p> </div> </div> </div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Organized with ability to multi-task and adhere to aggressive deadlines.</li> <li>Detail oriented with item by item focus, meticulous attention to detail with ability to proofread for accuracy.</li> <li>Self-motivated with ability to work well independently and in a team environment.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders, including senior leadership.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Experience working with technology manufacturers in a channel marketing model.</li> <li>Experience working in retail industries.</li> <li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel skill with ability to utilize spreadsheets, reporting, database, and word processing applications.</li> <li>Marketing strategy with ability to understand strategic objectives for marketing and develop plans to facilitate obtainment of identified objectives.</li> <li>Solid critical thinking and analytical skills.</li> <li>Experience driving initiatives from conception through to completion.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a track record of successfully influencing stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience driving initiatives from conception through to completion.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a track record of successfully influencing stakeholder.</li> <li>Collaborative with ability to work cross-functionally and across all levels of an organization.</li> <li>Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.</li> <li>Experience with marketing automation platforms, specifically, Marketo.</li> </ul>
