Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Cold call and prospect to establish new accounts which maintaining established book of business</li> <li>Maintain and grow business with existing accounts</li> <li>Plan and organize daily work schedule</li> <li>Demonstrates exceptional follow-through, personal drive, and the desire to make a difference</li> <li>Presents key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing on the customer's needs and expectations</li> <li>Maintains a track record of sales growth (even during slow times)</li> <li>Uses a consultative sales approach</li> <li>Maintains company values and demands the highest standards of conduct from self and others</li> <li>Listens attentively and responds effectively to customer concerns</li> <li>Negotiates or mediates discussions competently</li> <li>Demonstrates ability to close sales and overcome customer's objections</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred</li> <li>Organized state of mind with ability to document activities, anticipate problems, plan schedules, and monitor performance according to priorities and deadlines</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> </ul>
