Overview: <br /> <p>Connection, a Fortune 1000 Global Technology Solutions Provider is adding to our family of passionate Federal sales support individuals. We work together to connect people with technology that enhances growth, elevates productivity, and empowers innovation.</p> <p>Working under direct supervision of the Supervisor, Federal Sales Support, the Sales Support Associate (SSA) provides the primary support to Account Managers in the Federal Sales Organization.</p>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>The SSA assists with preparing quotes, customer service activities and processing orders including following up on returns, backorders, and delays.</li> <li>The SSA interacts with both internal and external customers on a daily basis.&nbsp;</li> <li>The ideal candidate brings a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new systems quickly, data entry accuracy, strong attention to detail and the ability to handle shifting priorities effectively.&nbsp;</li> <li>The SSA must display exceptional customer service skills, work as part of a team, and possess excellent written communication skills with ability to compose professional business communications via email and proposals.</li> <li>This position works in person at either our Merrimack, NH or Rockville, MD office</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li> <li>Minimum 1 year professional work experience preferably in an administrative support role</li> </ul>
