Overview: <br />Working under minimal supervision of the Manager, Data Quality, referring only exceptional problems and issues for management review and approval, the Customer Data Quality Specialist investigates customer data in an effort to support the company data program.
Responsibilities: <br />The Customer Data Quality Specialist performs operational functions inclusive of troubleshooting, conducting ad-hoc reporting, and auditing with the intent to resolve customer data problems such as invalid/non-standardized key customer data elements, duplication of customers, improper matching of identical customers, and/ or family linkage issues.<br /><br /> <p><strong><u>Technology</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis on Word and Outlook to maintain contact with internal resources and third-party data resource providers</li> <li>Microsoft Excel skills with ability to create spreadsheets using formulas, data sorting and filtering, basic algorithms</li> <li>Working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems and a general understanding of Universal Centralized Data Storage Database tools</li> </ul>
