The Marketing Programs Manager works closely with Sales and Product Management to build segment-specific campaign plans.&nbsp;</p> </div> </div> </div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>The Marketing Programs Manager drives lead generation programs for the Enterprise business at Connection.</li> <li>Working under minimal supervision with the Manager, Program Marketing, the Marketing Programs Manager supports the Sales organization to grow revenue and gross profit for the assigned partner programs for the Enterprise business.</li> <li>Works closely with Sales and Product Management to build a segment specific campaign plan that optimizes program alignment with company objectives and the funding provided by our vendor partners and other lead gen programs to help grow the business.</li> <li>Manages expense and influence revenue to deliver planned program profitability.</li> <li>Collaborates with Product Managers to present marketing programs to vendor partners as needed, detailing participation opportunities and secure cooperative funding.</li> <li>Coordinates deliverables to schedule and implement each program&rsquo;s elements.</li> <li>Schedules and implements call campaigns that align with sales and marketing objectives, customer focus targets and vendor initiatives.</li> <li>Manages Sales and Product Management communication efforts around marketing programs.</li> <li>Monitors program components and measures performance against objectives.</li> <li>Understands market segment, customer metrics and market data to enhance program effectiveness.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Sound technical skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet, reporting, database and word processing applications, CRM, various marketing applications such as UberFlip, Marketo and Creative Cloud.</li> <li>Functional understanding of marketing and e-commerce.</li> <li>Solid critical thinking and analytical skills.</li> <li>Strong communication skills (both verbal &amp; writing) and attention to detail are a must.</li> <li>Ability to work cross-functionally and across all levels of an organization.</li> <li>Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.</li> <li>Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.</li> </ul>
