This Total Rewards Coordinator role is in our Human Resources department and works with the Benefits team and all areas of HR. You will use your communications and writing skills to help share information with employees &ndash; including updating and editing our annual Benefits Guide, planning for our company-wide Open Enrollment events, and scheduling and running monthly benefits &amp; HR related webinars and workshops. You will be a part of the Total Rewards team and be involved in all aspects of benefits, compensation and human resource information systems at Connection.</p>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Provides general support of benefit operations, processes and procedures related to benefits and ensures all assigned day to day activities are operational, in compliance and meeting deadlines.</li> <li>Serves as point person and HR owner for all HR documentation on SharePoint (Connect). Ensures all documents are up to date and removed when needed. Responsible for the overall look and design of HR pages on Connect. Partners with SharePoint/Connect department to strategize optimal placement and set-up of documents for easy reference by employees.</li> <li>Drafts communications for benefits announcements, open enrollment and new programs. Partners with Marketing for communications on social media and company intranet sites. Ensures cohesive and consistent Total Rewards branding on all.</li> <li>Serves as lead person to update the Benefits Guide design and content on annual basis. Working closely with benefits broker, printer, and Total Rewards team, collects all needed changes, updates the Benefits Guide and then audits for accuracy before final distribution.</li> <li>Coordinates Annual Benefits Fair, either virtual or in-person events. Works closely with vendors to ensure robust participation, communications and collateral is provided for these events.</li> <li>Administers existing HR benefit programs as assigned, suggests and implements process improvements for programs and creates new processes as needed for future programs.</li> <li>Responds to employee questions in Benefits email box or through other inquiries. Ensures all employees have current and accurate answers and information about Connection benefit programs.</li> <li>Assists with Compensation special projects and HRIS projects as assigned, including benefit system updates for open enrollment, and implementations of new systems as applicable.</li> <li>This is a Hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in the office</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li> <li>3+ years of relevant experience (Human Resources administration or Marketing experience a plus)</li> <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with ability to create a document or simple spreadsheet.</li> <li>Technical aptitude with ability to absorb and apply newly learned technical skills such as HRIS, ATS, and Webex</li> <li>Customer oriented with ability to listen to and anticipate needs of the customer</li> <li>Strong administrative skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment</li> </ul>
