Overview: <br />Connection has an amazing opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for an&nbsp;<strong>Infor Lawson Systems Administrator</strong>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<strong>Canton, OH</strong>.&nbsp;This is a Remote&nbsp;<strong>Direct Hire</strong>&nbsp;opportunity with our client in the healthcare industry. This position is remote and responsible for&nbsp;developing, implementing, upgrading, and maintaining all&nbsp;<strong>Infor</strong>&nbsp;and related systems, including automated workflows, interfaces, testing, and reporting.&nbsp;The position comes with great growth opportunities and awesome benefits as well.
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Supervise the Infor Systems Analyst.</li> <li>Mentor and share technical knowledge.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensures deadline and customer service standards are met, and work is complete and accurate.&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform the functions of the System Analyst to ensure service delivery during peak periods and time off.</li> <li>Partners with HR and Accounting &amp; Finance to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data and information (e.g., GL accounts, job codes, positions, status codes, tax tables, reporting hierarchies).&nbsp;</li> <li>Oversees the&nbsp;<strong>Lawson Infor</strong>&nbsp;ERP HR and Finance functions.</li> <li>Provides guidance to end-users.</li> <li>Collaborate with IT staff, end-users and vendors to determine the root causes of system issues and troubleshoot solutions.</li> <li>Maintains the access, controls, and security of Lawson Infor modules and other related systems based on established policies and procedures. Works with Audit to correctly identify and rectify any discrepancies.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <ul> <li>Bachelor's&nbsp;degree in Computer Science or related field, or the equivalent work experience.</li> <li>7-10 years relevant experience with&nbsp;<strong>Lawson Infor ERP</strong>&nbsp;Systems (HR and Finance).</li> <li>Infor Cloud experience a plus.</li> <li>SQL experience in SQL Server and Oracle environments.</li> <li>Creation and Maintenance of SQL Server database objects such as tables, indexes, views, stored procedures, and functions.</li> <li>Report writing from multiple systems.</li> <li>Job scheduling, file movement and error handling automation.</li> <li>Ability to create and present technical information in a clear and concise manner.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.</li> </ul>
