Overview: <p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">One of our terrific public sector clients in the Breckenridge, CO area has an immediate direct hire opportunity for an onsite Administrative Support role for the IT department! This will be onsite initially and will go hybrid (1-2 days per week remote) after 3-4 months of training. This position is responsible for administrative duties which aid in the efficient operation of the three service areas in the department including Operations, Applications Development, and GIS.</span></p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Typical activities would include any combination of administrative support and coordination for the Information Systems Department. &nbsp;</li> <li>Areas of focus for this position might include general office support, monthly and annual budgeting assistance, departmental purchasing, invoice processing, vendor contact management, purchasing card processing, maintenance/support contract coordination, assisting technical staff with documentation, and some support of the organization's Internet and intranet websites.</li> </ul>
