This role is based in Northern Suburbs, IL, and offers a hybrid work model. Join a top VAR with enticing benefits, including 3 weeks of paid time off, and excellent growth prospects.&nbsp;<em>Hybrid - must work on site 3 days a week.</em></p> <p>As a Senior IT Asset Management Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of software and hardware IT renewals. Your role involves leading a portfolio of IT renewals, collaborating with vendors, procurement, technology leaders, and business owners. You will adhere to purchasing system policies, ensuring accurate desktop hardware and software asset inventory systems.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Establish a defined process to review IT renewals with key stakeholders to ensure accurate renewal payments.</li> <li>Independently conceive, develop, and aid in implementing general workflow process improvements.</li> <li>Undertake medium/high complexity work, exercising latitude in problem-solving and conflict resolution.</li> <li>Implement and maintain optimization of IT software and hardware renewal processes and tools.</li> <li>Verify data integrity of all renewal quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.</li> <li>Conduct regular data analysis and report on the renewal portfolio.</li> <li>Manage all IT hardware and software renewals in the renewal system.</li> <li>Serve as a team member, potentially guiding contingent workers indirectly.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with applicable corporate policies and procedures.</li> <li>Influence decisions impacting planning and goal-setting activities.</li> <li>Maintenance renewal timelines.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.</li> <li>Proficiency with software and hardware renewals preferred.</li> <li>IT asset management preferred.</li> <li>Asset management and IT renewals.</li> <li>Microsoft Office suite.</li> </ul>
