The Analyst partners with the Services and Solution organization providing leadership and support to management and operations teams in the continuous effort to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Oversee and ensure precision in financial reporting for the services and solutions organization.</li> <li>Ensures accurate financial reporting for the Connection Services and Solutions organization.</li> <li>Develops financial plans and forecasts. Generate insights into the financial performance of the services and solutions organization, ensuring comprehensive data visibility.</li> <li>Develops and manages costing models, overseeing the review and update processes, including overhead rate adjustment.</li> <li>Generates internal and external utilization reports for management consumption.</li> <li>Analyzes cost, margin, deal structures, sales segments &amp; customer profitability and effectively communicate impactful levers for improvement.</li> <li>Provides strategic analytical support for decision making, incorporating internal and external data into the analysis.</li> </ul> Min USD $80,000.00/Yr. Requirements: <ul> <li>3+ year of experience in an FP&amp;A role</li> <li>Advanced Microsoft Excel</li> <li>Practical experience with creating PowerBI reports</li> <li>Working knowledge of ERP systems, JDE a plus</li> <li>Strong business acumen</li> <li>Technical aptitude to absorb and apply newly learned technical skills</li> <li>Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.</li> </ul>
