Responsibilities: This role is responsible for resolving escalated IT support issues, performing in-depth troubleshooting of hardware and software problems, and supporting various technologies including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and core business applications.&nbsp;
Requirements: The Tier 2 technician will work closely with Tier 1 support, network engineers, and system administrators to ensure optimal IT service delivery.
