Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assists with Managed IT Services, including deskside support and incident resolution.</li> <li>Proven ability to handle multi-platform environments (Windows, macOS, Linux).</li> <li>Solid understanding and experience with ITIL processes and standards.</li> <li>Support cabling, troubleshooting and support tasks, cable and data room installation and troubleshooting functions.</li> <li>Mobile device experience.</li> <li>Perform network maintenance and system upgrades.</li> <li>Create backup device configurations.</li> <li>Cabling and patching.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
