Responsibilities: <p><strong>Accounts Receivable</strong></p> <ul> <li>Scan, fax, and photocopy invoices.</li> <li>Print or save documentation and payment copies.</li> <li>Purge files/documentation for storage.</li> <li>Enter data into portals.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Billing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Mail invoices promptly and accurately.</li> <li>Complete special projects as assigned.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>General Bookkeeping &amp; Clerical</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform entry-level bookkeeping and accounting tasks.</li> <li>Apply accepted procedures to prepare and maintain accounting records.</li> <li>Prepare financial, statistical, and technical reports.</li> </ul>
