Overview: <p data-start="379" data-end="726">We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support for a small, fully remote office environment of approximately 15 employees. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient IT professional who enjoys working directly with end users, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.</p> <p data-start="728" data-end="945">As the primary point of contact for desktop support, you will handle a variety of hardware and software issues while partnering with an escalation team for more complex networking and infrastructure-related incidents.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul data-start="968" data-end="1631"> <li data-section-id="1i10y1h" data-start="968" data-end="1064">Provide remote technical support to end users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.</li> <li data-section-id="1jvo28u" data-start="1065" data-end="1126">Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 (Office 365) issues.</li> <li data-section-id="rgh1ih" data-start="1127" data-end="1194">Administer basic user account management within Active Directory.</li> <li data-section-id="2obnse" data-start="1195" data-end="1278">Support Wi-Fi connectivity, printer troubleshooting, and general desktop support.</li> <li data-section-id="1nb14ye" data-start="1279" data-end="1334">Diagnose and resolve common PC and peripheral issues.</li> <li data-section-id="1qz7l9z" data-start="1335" data-end="1445">Deliver timely, professional, and customer-focused support while maintaining clear communication with users.</li> <li data-section-id="1wd1cdm" data-start="1446" data-end="1559">Escalate advanced networking, infrastructure, and high-level technical issues to the appropriate support teams.</li> <li data-section-id="1kzepi3" data-start="1560" data-end="1631">Document support activities and follow established support processes.</li> </ul>
