Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide superior customer service to the Account Manager and customer during the order fulfillment process and in servicing.</li> <li>Act as a support resource for day-to-day transactions to allow the Account Manager the time and opportunity to expand their business.</li> <li>Minimizes problem order situations by proactively following up on open orders and customer service issues for resolution.</li> <li>Handle incoming calls and assist on calls as needed.</li> <li>Prepare and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.</li> </ul>
