As an OIAM, you'll combine customer relationship management, consultative selling, and operational excellence while learning from experienced Enterprise Account Executives (EAEs).</p> <p>In this hybrid role, you'll serve as both an&nbsp;<strong>Inside Account Manager (IAM)</strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Client Experience Specialist</strong>, helping new customers experience the best of Connection from day one. You'll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives, manufacturers, distribution partners, and internal support teams to onboard customers, uncover new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle.</p> <p>If you're motivated by building relationships, solving business challenges, and developing a career in technology sales, this role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear path for growth.</p>
