This is a contract position working remote with benefits. We are seeking a Senior Copilot Studio &amp; Power Platform Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI agents that integrate Microsoft Copilot Studio with Microsoft Fabric and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.</h4> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <p><span class="text-primary">In this role, you will develop conversational and autonomous agent experiences that connect enterprise data, applications, and business workflows. Responsibilities: <ul class="list-disc ml-16"> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="1"><strong><strong class="text-primary font-bold">AI Agent Development:</strong></strong><span class="text-primary"> Design, build, configure, test, and deploy enterprise agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including agent instructions, topics, triggers, knowledge sources, tools, actions, and conversation flows.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="2"><strong><strong class="text-primary font-bold">Microsoft Fabric Integration:</strong></strong><span class="text-primary"> Extend Copilot Studio agents using Microsoft Fabric data agents and governed Fabric data products to enable secure, context-aware access to enterprise data.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="3"><strong><strong class="text-primary font-bold">Power Platform Development:</strong></strong><span class="text-primary"> Build and maintain Power Automate cloud flows, agent actions, Power Apps, and Dataverse solutions to automate business processes and support agent-driven workflows.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="4"><strong><strong class="text-primary font-bold">Enterprise Systems Integration:</strong></strong><span class="text-primary"> Integrate agents with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, REST APIs, custom connectors, and other approved enterprise applications.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="5"><strong><strong class="text-primary font-bold">Workflow Automation:</strong></strong><span class="text-primary"> Implement adaptive cards, approval processes, notifications, exception handling, and human-in-the-loop workflows to support business operations.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="6"><strong><strong class="text-primary font-bold">Security and Governance:</strong></strong><span class="text-primary"> Configure authentication, authorization, Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth, environment variables, connection references, and Power Platform data loss prevention (DLP) policies.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="7"><strong><strong class="text-primary font-bold">Deployment and ALM:</strong></strong><span class="text-primary"> Manage Power Platform environments, solutions, managed deployments, release processes, and application lifecycle management (ALM) across development, test, and production environments.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="8"><strong><strong class="text-primary font-bold">Testing and Monitoring:</strong></strong><span class="text-primary"> Establish agent testing and evaluation practices, monitor analytics and response quality, and implement appropriate logging, auditability, and exception-handling mechanisms.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="9"><strong><strong class="text-primary font-bold">Troubleshooting and Optimization:</strong></strong><span class="text-primary"> Diagnose and resolve issues involving agent orchestration, data grounding, connector configuration, permissions, integration reliability, and response quality.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="10"><strong><strong class="text-primary font-bold">Advanced AI Integration:</strong></strong><span class="text-primary"> Collaborate with AI and data engineering teams to integrate Azure AI Foundry and other approved capabilities when advanced AI functionality is required.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="11"><strong><strong class="text-primary font-bold">Technical Collaboration:</strong></strong><span class="text-primary"> Work with business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, and security teams to translate business requirements into reliable, secure, and user-friendly AI solutions.</span></li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul class="list-disc ml-16"> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="1"><span class="text-primary">6&ndash;8+ years of experience in application development, automation engineering, systems integration, or a related technical discipline.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="2"><span class="text-primary">3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="3"><span class="text-primary">Demonstrated experience building and deploying agents using </span><strong><strong class="text-primary font-bold">Microsoft Copilot Studio</strong></strong><span class="text-primary">.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="4"><span class="text-primary">Strong experience with Power Automate cloud flows, agent actions, connectors, and workflow automation.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="5"><span class="text-primary">Experience with Power Apps and Dataverse, including data modeling and application integration.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="6"><span class="text-primary">Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs, custom connectors, and enterprise applications.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="7"><span class="text-primary">Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and experience integrating Fabric data agents or Fabric data products with AI-powered solutions.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="8"><span class="text-primary">Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth, authentication, authorization, and enterprise security controls.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="9"><span class="text-primary">Experience with Power Platform solutions, environment management, managed deployments, and ALM practices.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="10"><span class="text-primary">Knowledge of agent testing, evaluation, monitoring, governance, and troubleshooting.</span></li> <li class="ml-8" dir="ltr" value="11"><span class="text-primary">Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;<br /><br /></p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience integrating Microsoft Copilot Studio with Azure AI Foundry or other advanced AI services.</li> <li>Familiarity with enterprise data governance, semantic models, access controls, and responsible AI practices.</li> <li>Experience implementing human-in-the-loop processes and approval workflows.</li> <li>Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or Microsoft Fabric.</li> <li>Experience delivering production-grade AI agents in a large enterprise environment.</li> </ul>
