Responsibilities: <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Create an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness toward Guests, make eye contact, greets Guests by first name, if known, upon arriving to the table, and thank the Guest for playing when they leave the table.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Knowledge in all aspects of the games dealt.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, Nevada Gaming Regulations and Internal controls.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure appropriate game protection.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure appropriate game pace for all players.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure payouts are made quickly and accurately.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Fill and credit tables by verification of Cheques.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Open and close tables by verification of all cheque inventory.</span></li> </ul>
