This role supports culinary operations and dining services while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Prepare meals according to approved menus and dietary requirements.</li> <li>Ensure food is safely stored, cooked, and served at proper temperatures.</li> <li>Maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment, including all equipment and prep areas.</li> <li>Assist in training and mentoring culinary staff.</li> <li>Monitor and respond to resident preferences and satisfaction.</li> <li>Uphold safety and health standards, including food safety compliance.</li> <li>Foster teamwork and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.</li> <li>Report any elder maltreatment or abuse as required.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> <li>Schedule: Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Friday 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.</li> </ul>
