Must be a knowledgeable and effective communicator to promote products and services that enhance the member's financial relationship with Campus.<br /><br /> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul class="ignore-global-css"> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Assists members and potential members with their telephone requests; answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve; refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Assist members with all loan needs and in accordance with the lending guidelines established by Campus.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Meets established call volume, production, call review scores, and availability goals.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services to members.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Assures that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Adheres to and follows all governmental policies, regulations, internal processes and procedures.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Performs other related duties as assigned.</span></li> </ul> <p class="ignore-global-css">&nbsp;</p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Performance Measurements:</strong></span></p> <ul class="ignore-global-css"> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Provides accurate, courteous, friendly, timely, and professional phone service to members and potential members. (answers phone immediately -- responds to correspondence within one day).</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Provides accurate loan information and processes loan requests within Campus' guidelines.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Process member transactions with zero errors.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Successfully recommends new products or services to members.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Remains knowledgeable on all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.</span></li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <strong class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am - 6:00pm and 1-2 Saturdays per month from 9:00am-2:00pm.<br /><br /></strong></strong> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css"><u class="ignore-global-css">Knowledge and Skills:</u></strong></span></p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Experience: PRIOR CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE, AND/OR BANKING OR CREDIT UNION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.&nbsp;</strong><strong class="ignore-global-css">Lending experience preferred.</strong></p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Education:</strong>&nbsp;A high school education or GED.</p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Interpersonal Skills:&nbsp;</strong>Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.</p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Other Skills:</strong>&nbsp;Excellent listening, telephone, written, and overall communication skills, problem-solving, able to make decisions with minimal supervision. Strong technology skills; mobile devices, software applications, and general knowledge of computers. Knowledgeable in Credit Union policies and procedures.
