Overview: <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Immediately greets and assists members or potential members upon arrival by processing financial transactions, setting up new accounts and educating members on Campus products and services.</span></p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css"><u class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities:</span></u></strong></p> <ul class="ignore-global-css"> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Receives and processes member financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and member requested transfers.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Assists members with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Identifies cross sell opportunities and cross sells services to members.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Ensures all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted to appropriate departments on a timely basis.</span></li> </ul> <p class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css"><u class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Performance Measurements:</span></u></strong></p> <ul class="ignore-global-css"> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Provides informed, prompt, professional and accurate service and support to members and associates.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Processes member transactions with zero errors. Opens all types of accounts/certificates, and other products and services accurately, ensuring all related forms are completed and legible at time of setup.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Proactively seeks opportunities to cross sell products and services for the betterment of our members.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Ensures all procedures for assigned products are in compliance with governing regulations.</span></li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Hours for this position are Monday through Thursday 11:30am to 5:15pm, Friday 12:30pm to 6:15pm, with 1-2 Saturdays a month from 8:45am to 12:15pm.<u class="ignore-global-css"><br /><br />Knowledge and Skills:</u></strong></span></p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Experience:</strong> One month to twelve months of similar or related experience. </span></p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Education: </strong>A high school education or GED. </span></p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Interpersonal Skills: </strong>Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information. </span></p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Other Skills: </strong>Must be able to use general office equipment including computers, copiers, scanners, coin counters, and cash counting machines. Basic understanding of math and cash counting/handling skills. Must be able to interpret credit union policies and procedures. Maintain the confidentiality related to credit union operations and member information. Provides friendly service.</span></p>
