Overview: <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Your Role:</strong></span></p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Immediately greets and assists members or potential members upon arrival by processing financial transactions, setting up new accounts and educating members on Campus' products and services.</span></p> <p class="ignore-global-css">&nbsp;</p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul class="ignore-global-css"> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS, while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Receives and processes member financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and member requested transfers.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Assists members with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Identifies cross sell opportunities and cross sells services to members.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Ensures all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted to appropriate departments on a timely basis.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Provides informed, prompt, professional and accurate service and support to members and associates.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Processes member transactions with no more than two posting errors per quarter. Opens all types of accounts/certificates, and other products and services accurately, ensuring all related forms are completed and legible at time of setup.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Ensures all procedures for assigned products are in compliance with internal policies.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Performs other duties as assigned.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Adheres to and follows all governmental regulations and policies.</span></li> </ul> <br />
Responsibilities: <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Hours for this position are&nbsp;Monday- Thursday 8:45 AM-5:15 PM, with Fridays rotating 8:45 am-5:15 pm or 9:45 am-6:15 pm, and 1 to 2 Saturdays per month from 8:45 am-12:15 pm.<br /><br />Experience:</strong>&nbsp;0-1 year of similar or related experience.</span></p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Education:</strong>&nbsp;A high school education or GED.</span></p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Other Skills:</strong></span></p> <ul class="ignore-global-css"> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information that may require some discussion.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring exemplary courtesy in providing assistance and information.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Must be able to use general office equipment, including computers, copiers, scanners, coin counters, and cash-counting machines.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Must be able to interpret credit union policies and procedures.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Maintain the confidentiality related to credit union operations and member information.</span></li> </ul>
